SHIPMENTS
We ship the goods within 3 working days following the payment. We ship with DHL EXPRESS which takes about (2/3) working days from receipt of payment.

www.captaindeepesh.com sends its goods throughout Italy exclusively through DHL EXPRESS.
All products shipped by Captain Deepesh are placed in their original packaging. They will be shipped with a cardboard box and a guarantee tape.
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by Captain Deepesh.
At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or in any way altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
The couriers used do not make prior calls or manage requests for shipments at particular times. Indicatively, without this implying any constraint for captaindeepesh.com and subject to the availability of the products on the market as well as any causes of force majeure, the goods will be delivered by Captain Deepesh to the courier within 48 hours from the first useful working day following the date of receipt. order.
