ARTICLE 1 / PURPOSE AND IDENTIFICATION

ARTICLE 2 / ORDER
The customer can buy through the site https://www.captaindeepesh.com The order implies the irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions. These conditions of sale are subject to change; the applicable conditions are those in force on the site at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 3-AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT
Any order implies acceptance of prices and descriptions of products available for sale. CD ITALY SRLS is committed to fulfill orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks of products. In the absence of availability of one or more of the products ordered, in case of a failure to timely update of the website, the company CD ITALY SRLS is committed to communicate promptly to the Customer. The customer's order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
ARTICLE 4 PRICES AND INVOICES
All product prices are shown with taxes included, excluding shipping. CD ITALY SRLS reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of confirmation of the order and remain the property of CD ITALY SRLS until receipt of payment in full. The price will be payable in full at once. All prices on the website of CD ITALY SRLS include the 22% VAT. Third countries are subject to VAT and specific customs duties. ARTICLE 5 / DELIVERY
CD ITALY SRLS process orders from Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded), with an average delay of 48 hours. In certain moments (especially during the sales, Christmas, sales, private), the processing time can be longer due to the higher number of orders to be processed. In addition to this delay there is the time of transport and delivery of the orders, provided by different delivery services depending on the country. The maximum period of delivery, including transport, is 15 working days from the date of confirmation of the order, if not expressly specified. In all cases, the customer automatically receives an e-mail that informs him of the shipment and the status of your order. CD ITALY SRLS will do everything in his power to deliver the order to the delivery address, within the expected delivery time. The buyer shall be liable for the correct insertion of the delivery address. In case of problems during the shipping of an order, as a result of an error in the delivery (error due to the buyer), the company CD ITALY SRLS cannot be held responsible for the loss of the shipment.

The Company CD ITALY SRLS does not offer the free shipping for any of the destinations that can be selected at the time of the order.
ARTICLE 7, PAYMENT AND SECURITY
The Payment of the purchases will be carried out by using a credit card (Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard) via PayPal. The order will be registered after the acceptance of the payment by the secure payment service. ARTICLE 8 / WARRANTY AND REPAIR
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that relate to the same product purchased. The warranty covers all the products bought at our site. Defects caused by wear and tear, visible on the product or on the accessories, must be considered as normal consequences of the use.
The warranty does not apply:
- to damages caused by improper use;
- to damages caused intentionally;
- normal wear and tear and ageing of the materials used.

ARTICLE 8 Bis / Terms of returns
MADE WITH FREE CHANGE - with regard To returns of just articles, Belts, and Shoes, you will be able to inform the seller by e-mail to Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org); you will have to, subsequently, deliver the parcel to a post office by attaching, to the shipment, the waybill found at the inside of the package/box. Of course, the product must be intact, not worn and accompanied by the relevant packaging; otherwise the return will not be accepted. This service is free of charge for the shipments on the Italian territory.
MADE WITH the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CHARGE - The withdrawal right can be exercised from the moment of conclusion of the contract up to 14 days after the receipt of the goods (art. 65 the Code of the Consumption). Clearly, the client will be released, and will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid to seller, net of the expenses of delivery and forwarding (always the responsibility of the client), only after verification of integrity and a perfect match to what was initially sold.
